Latinx in Gaming (LXIG) is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to connecting, supporting, and uplifting Latine professionals, students and creatives across the games industry in the US, Caribbean and Latin America.

ELAINE GÓMEZ
PRESIDENT AND CO-FOUNDER
Elaine is a Borikua (Puerto Rican) and Kisqueyan (Dominican) Gameplay Designer and enrolled tribal member of Higuayagua Taino of the Caribbean. She has nearly a decade of experience in game design and development and is among the original group of founders of Latinx in Gaming, being part of the organization since its inception as a grassroots group in 2017.
She is the Founder and Creative Director at indie studio, Midnight Hour Games. When offline, she enjoys cooking, DIY projects, and traveling.

DIANA RODRIGUEZ
VICE PRESIDENT
Diana is a Program Manager at Google under the data infrastructure organization and is a Board Member for HOLA, Google's Hispanic/Latinx-identified Employee Resource Group (ERG) aimed at inclusion and advancement within Google. She was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA but both her parents are from Nicaragua. She passionate on creating an inclusive and safer community within the tech and gaming industries.

MICHAEL LORENO
DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS AND MARKETING
Michael has dedicated his career to shaping Community Programs at major game studios, including Ubisoft, WB Games, and most recently Intercept Games. Passionate about fostering inclusivity in the gaming world, Michael is committed to creating a more accessible and welcoming industry, believing that video games should be enjoyed by everyone.

NICK GALLEGOS
DIRECTOR OF BRANDING
Nick is a self-taught Graphic Designer born & raised in Orange County, CA. He's a third generation American, but his family is of Mexican & Native American descent. Nick currently works as a freelance designer & owner of Campfire Design Studio, and is a frequent collaborator in the gaming industry with folks like Kinda Funny, Kahlief Adams, & SanchoWest. When Nick isn’t designing he’s still thinking about designing but also enjoys watching his favorite sports teams, movies, & tv shows.
